Christina Hendricks has been an American actor for seven time. Her most notable role was as Joan Holloway, in AMC's dramatic period drama Mad Men. In addition to receiving critical reviews, her role on the show garnered six Emmy Awards nominations in the best supporting actress category. Her professional career, which spans more than two decades has seen her appear in the crime comedy series Tin Star as well as Kevin Hill's legal drama. Some of her films comprise Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River Neon Demon Strangers - Prey at Night Egg and American Woman. She has also provided voiceovers in animation films, such as From Up on Poppy Hill Toy Story 4 and Scoob!. Prior to that, she started her career as a model. She kept it going for quite a while before her first appearance on television with the anthology show Undressed at the end of 1999. She played her first real part in Beggars and Choosers.
